Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Monarch’s Haven products, please contact our support team via email:
  • All returns are subject to Monarch’s Haven approval and may be denied if the product has been opened or used and is not in the original condition in which it was received;
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving your order;
  • We will not accept returns of individual components purchased as part of a set or package;
  • Returned products must be properly packaged for collection;
  • Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.


Our store’s policy on exchanging products purchased with us aims to provide the customer with security and peace of mind. We exchange free products only in cases of proven defects with our terms mentioned below. Paid products are guaranteed to be replaced in case of manufacturing defects. We will also exchange the product if you receive a product that is not what you ordered.

If you receive a product with any of the aspects mentioned above, follow our instructions below so that we can exchange the goods.

1- Contact us and let us know about the problem via our customer service email, don’t forget to put clear pictures of the product with the defective sample or the wrong product you received.
Note: After this period, we do not carry out exchanges or refunds.

2- Your request will be evaluated within two business days and once the problem is found, we will contact you by email and you can choose one of the following alternatives below:

Receive a refund of the amount paid.
Receive a new product equal to the one ordered
Receive a product of similar value
Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use in future purchases.

All and all the process, being carried out as stated in the federal laws of each state of the United States of America.

1) Return and Refund 

All our products benefit from a purchase protection period of 30 days after the delivery of your goods to request a refund.


2) Address changes

If you wish to change your delivery address, please send us an email stating your order number, your current delivery address and the address you wish to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our premises!


3) Damaged items (with photo proof sent by the customer)

If the product arrives defective, we will resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a photo of your item and your order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within 30 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, please fill out our contact form and include a photo of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Please return your items within seven days of receiving your order.

Damaged or misprinted items can only be replaced within 30 days of the original order date. After this 30 day period, is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

Please note that the design, size, color and image you submit will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and sent to you, is not responsible for replacing these items.

4) Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph our products and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee that all photographs in production are exactly the actual color of the products due to changes in the screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions regarding an item’s color, material, or size before purchasing.


5) Form of return

If you do not like the product: We are not responsible. Therefore, we ask you to choose well and calmly.

If the product is damaged (with proof sent in a photo by the customer): free return.

In case of loss of the product during transport (only if tracking is not working and if the customer has not refused the package), we will proceed with the return at our expense.

Liquid and single-use products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened and used due to health and safety considerations. 


6) Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost during transit, we are happy to replace it and ensure your order reaches you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order if the package reaches you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check your order periodically during the two weeks to monitor your progress and provide you with accurate updates.


7) Cancellations/Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within three hours of placing the order, as the production time is one day. If the cancellation occurs within the deadline, you will receive a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please email to discuss your issue with our Customer Service team to determine an appropriate solution.


8) Parcels not taken to the collection point or refused upon delivery.

However, it is important to note that we will not refund any order that has not been picked up at a collection point or that has been refused during delivery, if this is indicated following your order. If you do not pick up your order within the indicated period or if you refuse delivery when it is offered to you, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you because the return from our warehouses requires a printed return label so that the order can be returned to us.
